Returns and Exchanges
All returns must be communicated within 14 days of placing an order.
Communicate return: E-mail us at and tell us your order number and what items you want to return. Our Customer Experience Team will get back to you within 24 hours.
Send it over: After confirmation from your Customer Experience Representative, packages should be sent to our warehouse address (to be provided in a separate email) at your own cost.
Once a package is received, checked and approved, a refund for the total order value will be issued and reimbursement will be made available within 5 working days. Refunds are made using the same method as the original payment.
Articles with defect or breakages during distribution must be communicated by email to , within 14 days after ordering the article. Returns due to mistakes or errors by Marquesa, must also be communicated by email, within 14 days after ordering the article. Cost of shipment will be paid by Marquesa for articles in these conditions only.
Exchanges: Currently we do not acept exchanges. You will have to return the item and place another order.
